Make an appointment with the closest dealer. He will look into your ear to see if it is possible to make impressions. The ear could be too full of ear wax for it to be possible to make impressions. If impressions can be made, a wad of cotton wool is placed inside the ear. Then a malleable paste is injected into the ear.
